Guy Ridley
Guy is a founder director of ITM and his roles have encompassed new business, marketing and client relationship management. Guy focuses on running the business on a day-to-day basis, leaving his more technically minded colleagues to run the delivery side. For the majority of his career in pensions (21 years) prior to ITM, Guy concentrated on business development with major TPAs. Most recently he has developed the international arm of ITM, with Australia being the current success story. Guy is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Having a rugby playing teenager means that at least one day every weekend from September to May is spent on a normally cold and windswept part of south England. In the summer Guy tries to recompense by slipping off to Lords or the Oval to watch the odd game of cricket.
