Software Providers
We have extensive experience of working with Software Providers.
All ITM staff have worked for either a Software Provider or TPA so we have an in depth knowledge and understanding of administration systems and related processes.
Typical assignments for Software Providers are data analysis, reporting and cleansing, managing new business data migrations, transferring data for clients who are being upgraded to a new system version, calculation specification, programming and acceptance testing.
Our data analysis software (DAaRT) is one of the major reasons for Software Providers appointing us because of its interrogative and reporting depth.
Working with us helps to free up internal resource and you can regard us as an additional resource to call upon on a one off project basis, either because you are in need of our expertise or you are pushed to meet difficult deadlines. Alternatively you can outsource some or all of your services to us on a more formal contract basis. We can either work with you on site at your offices or from our offices in Melbourne and London.
We work to PRINCE 2 methodology using PRINCE 2 qualified Project Managers and have a detailed working knowledge and experience of the major software packages.
