  • Stage 1 - Management
    This stage sets out the key management and project related tasks and deliverables.
  • Stage 2 - Database Integrity
    Before any migration can start the existing database(s) needs to be reviewed.
  • Stage 3 - Export Data
    Sounds simple - but getting this stage wrong could render all subsequent work worthless.
  • Stage 4 - Data Analysis
    Key to any successful migration - but how often is it done? Once migrated, it is too late.
  • Stage 5 - Source Control
    ITM has a unique approach and ‘control’ document that enhances accuracy and thus quality.
  • Stage 6 - Conversion
    The actual conversion comes a long way down the process - all the prep work now pays dividends.
  • Stage 7 - Cut control
    A check process - at the end of the first stage of ‘test’ data. We can now move on to ‘live’.
  • Stage 8 - Live Data
    The prep work now pays off - compared and amend anomalies.
  • Stage 9 - Live Conversion
    This should now be a relatively simple task - control totals and conversion documentation providing the audit trail.
  • Stage 10 - Sign Off
    ITM signs off the process as complete (with known and documented exceptions).
